I am a former dancer, turned dance teacher, who dabbled in Zumba and then went full-blown group fitness with cycling, toning, and yes…even getting that stroller out for ALL THE RUNNING.
The great part about this site is that I am lucky to be surrounded by a heap of other Fit Mamas, and we’ll be giving you stories that will inspire, and moves that will improve that body.
After all, fitness and health are such an integral part of life after baby. I know I want to be even more physically and emotionally able than I was before a child, because it is me that sets the example. It is me that keeps this ship afloat, and I need strength, agility, and a calm mind (+those 100 other odd talents we have as mamas!) to see me through.
